Information Notice for Data Subjects pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation EU 2016/679 Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation EU 679/2016) Privacy Code D.Lgs 196/2003 (as amended by D.Lgs 101/2018)   WEBLINK SRL wishes to inform data subjects that personal data related or relatable to the data subject are processed by the Company in full compliance with current data protection regulations and the confidentiality obligations that have always guided us. “Processing of personal data” refers to any operation or set of operations, carried out even without the aid of electronic tools, relating to the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion, and destruction of data, even if not recorded in a database. Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR (Regulation EU 679/2016), regarding the personal data we process following the establishment of mutual commercial and, where applicable, contractual relationships, we provide the following information.   Data controller The “Data Controller” for all legal purposes is WEBLINK SRL, with its administrative office located at Via Manin 30, phone: 0332/239546, email: privacy@weblink.it. Purpose of data processing
The personal data of the data subject are processed to meet contractual requirements and fulfill related legal and tax obligations, as well as to enable the effective management of financial and commercial relationships. Such processing will take place for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.
In the case of subscribing to the Newsletter service available by registering on the dedicated page of the website www.weblink.it (or other websites owned by Weblink), the personal data voluntarily provided by the data subject will be processed:
  • to send emails regarding new products, commercial initiatives, trade fairs, or events;
  • for phone calls made by internal staff.
As part of the purposes for which personal data is collected, WEBLINK SRL processes such data in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of the confidentiality and rights of the data subject. Nature of data provision Personal data is always collected directly from the data subject. The provision of such data, necessary for the purposes described, is essential for the full execution of communication, marketing, commercial, and potentially contractual activities. Any refusal to provide this data may result in the incomplete or partial delivery of the Company’s services. Processing methods Data processing is carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, using tools and procedures suitable for ensuring data security and confidentiality. Processing may be conducted both on paper and with the aid of electronic tools. Appropriate security measures are employed to minimize the risk of unauthorized access by third parties, data destruction, and/or deterioration, ensuring confidentiality in compliance with Article 32 of the GDPR. Personal data retention Personal Data will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with the principle of minimization outlined in Article 5, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR, as well as the legal obligations applicable to the Data Controller. Further information regarding retention and processing periods is available from the Data Controller. Data communication Personal data will not be disclosed in any way but may be communicated:
  • to authorized personnel, duly appointed, for processing within the Company;
  • to entities and associations affiliated with the Company;
  • to parties requiring access to such data for purposes ancillary to the relationship between our Company and the data subject, strictly within the scope necessary to perform the auxiliary tasks entrusted to them, such as: financial institutions;
  • to administrative consulting firms (accountants), duly appointed as external data processors.
Special categories of personal data. When submitting a resume, pursuant to Articles 26 and 27 of the Privacy Code and Articles 9 and 10 of GDPR 2016/679, the data subject may voluntarily provide the Company with data classified as “special categories of personal data” (i.e., data revealing “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership… genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning health, sex life, or sexual orientation”). Such data may only be processed by the Company with the data subject’s prior written consent. Rights of the data subject The data subject, pursuant to the GDPR (Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22), may exercise the following rights with respect to the Company (by sending an email to privacy@weblink.it), summarized as follows:
  1. To obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed and, if so, access to the personal data and all the information provided under Article 15 of the GDPR;
  2. To obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Considering the purposes of the processing, they have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement;
  3. To obtain the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay;
  4. To obtain the restriction of processing where one of the conditions provided under Article 18 of the GDPR applies;
  5. To receive in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the personal data concerning them that they have provided to the Company;
  6. To object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters (e) or (f) of the GDPR. In such cases, the Company will refrain from further processing the personal data unless compelling legitimate grounds for the processing prevail over the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
  7. To not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them. This right does not apply in cases governed by Article 22, paragraph 2, of the GDPR;
  8. To lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe their data has been processed unlawfully.
